PROPOSAL FORM We invite you to submit an abstract to present your work at the 9th International Sociodrama Conference: “BECOMING WINGS FOR WORLD PEACE”

The conference will be conducted in English. Therefore, all proposals must be submitted and presented in English as well. Please note that the conference organizers will not provide interpretation services. If you wish to present in a language other than English, you are welcome to do so, but you must arrange for your own interpreter to co-lead your presentation. It is your responsibility to ensure that the translation into English is accurate and sufficient.

The abstract submission deadline is February 15, 2026.

The Conference’s Scientific Board will notify results of abstract evaluation by April 15, 2026.

You may submit multiple proposals, but please remember to complete a separate application form for each submission. While we encourage diverse participation, we will prioritize ensuring an equitable representation of all applicants. Additionally, please note that the number of accepted proposals is limited by the available physical space.

Examples of learning objectives might be “After this session participants will be able to describe / demonstrate / define / identify / distinguish and explore / apply etc.” Two or three of these will be sufficient.

I consent to the recording of photographs and videos during the event and to their use for promotional purposes.

Criteria for evaluation are: Importance of the Subject; Relevance to the Conference Theme; Suitability of the Format; Clarity of the Writing; Contribution to Participants.

Registration requirements

The submission of a proposal and its subsequent acceptance within the established deadline, imply the commitment to pay the registration fee by April 20, 2026. In order to guarantee a fair and equitable participation, registration is obligatory for all participants, including those who will coordinate, present or facilitate a session.

If the registration fee has not been received by April 20, 2026, the proposal will be cancelled and will not appear on the programme.

Registration for this Conference presupposes an agreement in which the participants authorize the 9th International Sociodrama Conference to share the images of the conference (photos and videos) and also to disseminate the link to download the Programme, containing data of the authors such as: name, institution, country, abstracts et cetera.
