Cancellation, Modification and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all registrations, accommodation bookings, transfers, and related services made through the conference website and organized by FTS Turizm Kongre Organizasyon Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Åžti.

Registration Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the organizing secretariat.

For cancellation requests received on or before 07 May 2026 (inclusive), a refund will be issued after deducting 10% of the total amount to cover bank and administrative charges.

For cancellations received after 07 May 2026, no refunds will be provided.

After 07 May 2026, only name changes will be accepted upon written request.

All refunds will be processed after the completion of the conference.

 

Registration Category Selection

Participants are responsible for selecting the appropriate registration category during the registration process.

If an incorrect category is selected, the organizing secretariat reserves the right to request supporting documentation or adjust the registration category accordingly.

Any price difference resulting from the category change must be paid by the participant.

The organizing secretariat reserves the right to accept or reject modification requests related to incorrect category selection.

 

Accommodation Cancellation

Accommodation reservations made through the conference registration system are subject to the same cancellation deadlines.

Accommodation cancellations received on or before 07 May 2026 (inclusive) will be refunded after deducting 10% for administrative and bank charges.

Accommodation cancellations received after 07 May 2026 are non-refundable.

Unused nights or early departures are non-refundable.

 

Transfer Services

Transfer services organized within the scope of the conference are arranged according to participants’ flight details and operational planning.

Transfer cancellations made before 07 May 2026 may be refunded after deducting 10% administrative charges.

Transfer cancellations made after 07 May 2026 are non-refundable.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete flight information.

The organizing secretariat cannot be held responsible for missed transfers due to incorrect or incomplete flight information.

 

Modification Requests

All requests for name changes, accommodation changes, or transfer updates must be submitted in writing.

The organizing secretariat reserves the right to accept or decline modification requests depending on operational availability.
