Accomodation Dates:
The accommodation dates are scheduled as check-in on June 30 and check-out on July 5, for a total of 5 nights.

For participants who will be staying with children:
No charge applies for the first child aged 0–6.
For children between the ages of 7–12, 50% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
General Information About the Hotels:

Parion Hotel is a 5-star hotel. It is located within a 5-minute walking distance from the conference venue and does not require any additional transportation.

MD Barbaros Hotel is a 3-star hotel. It is approximately a 28-minute walk from the conference venue, about 11 minutes by car, and around 25 minutes by public transportation.

On 30 June, the day the accommodation period begins, two shared transfers will be arranged from IST Airport, one in the morning and one in the evening (10:00 / 22:00). These transfers are subject to the shared transfer rate. Participants will be welcomed at the airport by a dedicated host holding a conference sign and will be escorted from the airport to their hotels. Due to regulations in Türkiye, the information of passengers using the transfer service must be registered in the UETS system. For this reason, some personal details such as flight ticket information and identification details will be required.Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact us and share the necessary information.

For private transfers, kindly share your flight ticket details so that the driver can track your arrival and wait for you at the airport at the time of your flight. In private transfers, participants will also be welcomed at the airport by a dedicated host holding a conference sign and will be escorted directly to their hotel. (Participants who wish may share the cost and use the private transfer together; the vehicle capacity is 6 persons.)
