Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to FTS Turizm Kongre Organizasyon Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Şti.

For cancellation requests made on or before 07 May 2026, a refund will be issued after deducting 10% for bank and administrative charges.
 

For cancellations made after 07 May 2026, no refunds will be provided.

After 07 May 2026, only name changes will be accepted.
 

All refund processes will be carried out after the conference.
