For Participants Using Transfer Services
Participants arriving from abroad and requesting transfer services will be welcomed at either Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Our guides will meet them at the terminal exits with signs displaying the name of the conference, and at designated information desks. Transportation to Çanakkale will be provided via private vehicles.

For participants traveling from Istanbul to Çanakkale with their own vehicles, there are two main route options:
Route 1: Via the European Side

Istanbul → Tekirdağ → Malkara → Keşan → Gallipoli → Lapseki → Çanakkale

This route includes crossing the 1915 Çanakkale Bridge.

Route 2: Via the Asian Side

• Istanbul → Gebze → Bursa → Balıkesir → Ezine → Çanakkale
• This route is longer but may be preferred during certain periods due to lighter traffic conditions.
Via Intercity Bus
There are several intercity bus companies that operate regular services from Istanbul to Çanakkale.
Departure points: Esenler, Alibeyköy, and Dudullu Bus Terminals
Travel time: Approximately 6–7 hours
Arrival point: Çanakkale Bus Terminal, which is located very close to the city center.
